Return Policy

This policy describes how cancellations, adjustments, and refunds are handled for lawn care services.

Return window

Service concerns should be reported within 7 days of the completed visit so we can review and resolve them promptly.

Conditions for adjustments

If work does not match the agreed scope, we will re-service the affected area or offer a proportional credit after verifying the issue.

Cost of return visit

Re-service related to workmanship is provided at no additional cost. Additional requests outside the original scope may be billed separately.

Process for review

Contact us with your service date, address, and details. We may request photos and schedule a site check before issuing a credit or re-service.

Non-returnable services

Completed visits that met the agreed checklist, weather-dependent results, and issues arising from third-party interference are not eligible for refunds.

Order cancellation

Visits can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before arrival. Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out fee to cover crew allocation.

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
